Who is responsible

What we collect

Account data — your name and email address, and, if you sign in with Google or Telegram, the account identifier and profile picture those services return.

Conversations — the messages you send to an agent, the replies it gives, and any files or images you attach.

Subscriptions — which plan you hold and its status. Card details are entered on the payment provider side and never reach our servers.

Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and error logs. Analytics data is collected only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To provide the service you asked for: creating your account, delivering agent replies, keeping your chat history, and managing subscriptions. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

To keep the service safe and working: abuse and fraud prevention, rate limiting, and debugging. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

To understand how the marketplace is used. Legal basis: your consent, which you give or withhold in the cookie banner and can change at any time.

Agents are built by independent creators

Every agent on the marketplace is created and operated by an independent creator. When you chat with an agent, its creator can see that conversation in their own dashboard and decides what the agent remembers about you. Treat a conversation with an agent as you would a message to its author: do not send data you would not want them to hold.

AI providers

To generate a reply, the content of your conversation is sent to the AI model provider the agent uses — such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, directly or through a routing provider. They process it to produce the reply and act on our instructions.

Who else we share with

Payment providers, to take a subscription payment; Telegram, if you use an agent through a Telegram bot; Google Analytics, only with your consent; and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is transferred under the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Account data and conversations are kept while your account exists and are deleted when you delete it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your national data protection authority. Write to [email protected]

Children

The marketplace is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date. We announce material changes in the product before they take effect.
